2015 Syrah

The hot, dry 2015 vintage produced this big, concentrated, complex Syrah.  DuBrul Cherry, black raspberry, and dates mingle with savory white pepper, earl grey tea, black olive, and wet stone.  Well integrated oak and rich mouthfeel lead to a lingering finish.  Approachable and easy to drink, this will be wonderful with shepherd’s pie, steak tartare, and warm boysenberry cobbler.
