2025 Riesling

The 2025 Côte Bonneville Riesling may our best Riesling yet, bursting from the glass with vibrant energy and irresistible charm. Aromas of Meyer lemon, white peach, lychee, and honeysuckle leap forward, followed by hints of jasmine, pineapple, and crisp green apple. On the palate, this Spätlese-inspired Riesling shows beautiful balance, where lively acidity keeps the wine bright and refreshing while layers of ripe pear, citrus zest, and succulent stone fruit unfold with each sip. A gentle kiss of sweetness carries through the finish, lingering alongside playful notes of peach candy and fresh citrus that leave the wine vibrant and uplifting. At a refreshing low alcohol, this Riesling remains wonderfully versatile and food-friendly—perfect with spicy Thai dishes, fish tacos topped with fruit salsa, or a simple brunch of waffles and peaches.
