2021 Train Station Cabernet

2021 was a big fruit year and this Cabernet benefited from the almost perfect growing season.  It’s grapey, with raspberry and ripe red fruits.  Notes of sassafras, maple, and cardamom bring complexity to the soft tannins and lingering palate.  This is a great example of Train Station.
