2023 Riesling
2022 was a thrilling vintage and we are excited to share the first of the wines to arrive! We craft this Riesling in a German Spatlese style for the amazing range of flavors including Red Bartlett pears, ripe peach, Meyer lemon, orange zest, honeysuckle, and jasmine. A balanced touch of sweetness finishes with zingy acidity and brightness. Low alcohol and incredibly versatile, you can pair this with so many things. Try peach pancakes for brunch, Japanese curry for lunch, or a mustard encrusted pork chop for dinner. At 10% alcohol, its perfect for all day delight!
