2011 Côte Bonneville

If you love Côte Bonneville, the 2011 is a must have vintage.  From the onset it is alluring, seductive, and complex.  Great structure of acid and tannin frame the DuBrul Cherry, exotic black spices, and dried herb notes.  The cool vintage meant lots of hang time for exquisite flavor development.  We just couldn't put the glass down!  This wine shows great depth and amazing development as it opens.  Quite possibly Kerry’s favorite bottling of Côte to date!  Only 218 cases were produced in this low yielding year.
