2019 Syrah
The 2019 Syrah is concentrated and intense. Dark fruits dominate with boysenberry, black cherry, and marionberry. Floral lavender, fresh rosemary, and spicy cloves ensure the wine is complex and multidimensional. This is a pretty vintage, similar to the 2012, which will be fun to watch evolve in your cellar. The juicy fruits are supported by soft tannins, balanced acidity, and subtle French oak. Pair with lamb, eggplant Parmesan, or grilled portobellos.
