2018 Carriage House

2018 was an aromatic vintage in DuBrul Vineyard and this Carriage House is a wonderful example of the growing season.  Jazzy and exuberant on the nose, there’s a complex medley of cherry, cranberry, cassis, kirsch, fresh cut tobacco, dried leaves, cocoa, well integrated oak, and spice.  The palate is balanced and refined, with good structure, a long finish, and plenty of fun.  This is everything you love about Carriage House!  So good now, it’ll take some discipline to cellar it for long.
